DEPOSIT + PRICING

1. All photoshoots have a 100$ non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. This deposit will count towards your total, based on hourly rate. Hourly is calculated based on photoshoot time, does not include editing time or transportation (unless multiple locations, see 2. photoshoot)

2. Hourly Pricing:

   1. Portraits - 100$ per hour

   2. Family/Couple - 125$ per hour

   3. Events - 200$ per hour

PHOTOSHOOT: 

1. Locations

   1. If multiple locations: Hourly pricing includes transportation time between locations

   2. All locations must be in Vancouver, Washington, unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Outfit changes are allowed (this will be included in time)

RECEIVING THE PHOTOS:

1. Photos are shot in RAW quality, then fully edited in adobe software. They will be ready for pick-up within 2-4 weeks from the day of the photoshoot. You will be given the photos on an SD card to preserve quality. You may keep the SD card.

   1. If you receive the photos later than 4 weeks from the day of the shoot you will receive a 25% discount per week they are late. If photos are not received within 8 weeks, you are entitled to a refund of all payment except the deposit.

   2. If they are received late due to non-payment, NO discount will be applied

2. Photo hourly minimums:

   1. Portraits - 10 per hour

   2. Family/couple - 10 per hour

   3. Events - 14 per hour

PAYMENT:

1. I accept cash or venmo (NO OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED)

2. The remaining amount is due anytime before you receive the photos (maximum 4 weeks after the photoshoot)

   1. You will NOT receive the finished photos until PAYMENT IN FULL is received

   2. Final price will be calculated a given to you within 24 hours of the photoshoot

USE AND LICENSING:

1. You obtain unlimited personal non-commercial licensing of the photos

   1. This means you can use them for whatever you want accept for monetary gain or business promotion/marketing, if this is the purpose of the photoshoot we can discuss/negotiate licensing.

2. I obtain unlimited commercial use licensing

   1. This means I can use the photos for marketing and promotion of my photography (i.e. they will be posted on my instagram portfolio @deadlightphotography, and featured on my website)

3. I would appreciate it if my photography instagram account (@deadlightphotography) was tagged in posted photos but it is not required!
